I specialize in working with adults (ages 18 and over) who are seeking support for personal growth, life transitions, and emotional well-being. My practice is best suited for high-functioning individuals who are generally stable and motivated for change.
At this time, I do not provide crisis intervention or treatment for high-risk concerns such as active suicidality, severe psychiatric disorders, or acute substance use. If you are in immediate crisis or require a higher level of care, I encourage you to seek support from emergency services or a provider equipped to offer intensive treatment.

Therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It can help you gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Whether you’re navigating a specific life transition, managing stress or anxiety, or working toward greater self-awareness, therapy can offer tools for change and emotional growth. It’s also a space to be heard, reflect, and make intentional choices aligned with your values and goals.
The process is collaborative and tailored to your needs—you're not alone in it, and progress happens at your own pace.

All clients begin with a Free Consultation Call. During this call, we review the reasons for seeking therapy, payment process, scheduling, and any questions the client may have to see if we are a good fit.
If we both agree to proceed, you will receive an email with intake forms to review and sign, insurance verification and assessments (if applicable.)
Initial sessions are often centered around building the therapeutic relationship and establishing goals. Please feel free to bring any questions and share any desired treatment outcomes.

Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes in length, depending on your needs and the nature of the work. During our time together, we will explore the concerns that brought you to therapy and collaboratively identify goals tailored to your personal growth and well-being.
The therapeutic process may include discussion of current challenges, patterns of thought and behavior, emotional experiences, and strategies for coping and change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. You are welcome to bring in anything that feels relevant—therapy is a space for your voice, insight, and self-discovery.
-
The length of therapy varies based on each individual’s goals, needs, and circumstances. Some clients seek short-term support to navigate a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term work focused on deeper patterns or ongoing personal growth.
We will regularly check in on your progress and goals throughout the process. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and part of our work will include discussing when you feel ready to reduce sessions or bring treatment to a close. Ideally, the decision to end therapy is mutual and based on a sense of readiness, increased stability, and the ability to apply tools and insights independently.
You are always welcome to return in the future if new challenges arise or if you’d like a space for continued support.
